The Series 3 XJ6 was the last of a long line of classic Jaguars and was a true limousine. Not only did they give a fantastic ride, mechanical advances in fuel and the like provided a vehicle with truely excellent reliability.

These classic Jaguars have been under rated for far too long, however we firmly believe that the market is starting to move and this is a real opportunity to purchase an excellent example before values start to follow those of the MK2 and S Type saloons.

History

This particular model has been in the same ownership for the last 20 years and we have known the car during most of this time as it belongs to one of our mechanical technicians. It has been fastidiously maintained in every respect from the body and paint through to the mechanics and trim.

Bodywork/Mechanical

The body and structure are excellent and the paint work a deep rich metallic Regency Red is near perfect. The Grey leather interior along with the carpets and headling are again excellent through out.

Mechanical components mirror the rest of the car in condition and detail and boasts a five speed gearbox, air conditioning, full stainless steel exhaust system and stainless steel brake pipes.
